Pretty straightforward - cancel up to 48 hours before check-in and you'll get a full refund. Life happens, we get it. Within 48 hours you'll forfeit the first night, but the rest gets refunded.

Absolutely! We're pet-friendly in certain rooms. Just give us a heads up when you book so we can set you up in the right spot. There's a small cleaning fee, but your furry friend is totally welcome.

About 10 minutes by car. We're tucked up on the ridge for that authentic fortress vibe, but you're still close enough to hit the village whenever you want. Best of both worlds really.

Yep! We can arrange pickup from Vancouver International for an extra fee. Just let us know your flight details when you book and we'll have someone waiting for you.
